Wasil Fayyaz joined Chat Pandas with a vision to give the organization a solid financial model to add stability and transparency. His early financial policies helped the company find its concrete base and the ability to plan the future business structure with an accurate understanding of the organization’s available finances.

Along with devising financial strategies, Hasan is responsible for hiring the best talent for the accounting department which proves to be a remarkable resource for the company. His role as a Co-CFO exceeds more than keeping an eye on the company’s financial matters and exploring the sources for funding and possible venture opportunities. Since his joining, he’s proven himself as a trusted leader who is aware of his roles and keeps on finding the best solutions for the organization’s financial growth.

Whilst living most of life in the beautiful city of Bristol, I made the best decision of my life when I decided to migrate to Pakistan in 2020.
Blessed with the most exciting job in the world, I was shouldered the responsibility of implementing high performance teams that had a mantra of providing great customer service. Our vision is to be the premier BPO in the world in providing excellent customer experience to our clients, and taking concrete measures in attaining that vision.
With that being said, as I look towards the future, I am always reminded of this great quote which is ‘When Great is an option, Good is not enough’.

She’s proven herself as a true leader who inspires everyone to bring the best solution for every problem that the organization is dealing with.
Ayesha has remained active in assisting different departments in aligning their policies that are in the best interest of the organization. She’s one of the forces for setting key strategies for increasing the productivity level in the organization. Her contribution to promoting a positive work culture in the company is commendable. Also, she’s been actively handling the company’s legal and regulatory documents to be filed in a timely manner.

Anam has worked with different companies both in Pakistan and abroad and knows how to create a positive work-life balance by being a bridge between employees and higher management. Her role demands having a problem-solving approach for addressing communication and mismanagement difficulties decently. She’s proven herself as a crucial member of the organization for setting some ground rules for employee wellbeing.
Being a Clinical Psychologist, her role demands organizing workshops and one-on-one sessions to assess employees’ mental well-being and offering valuable suggestions. Her contributions to the Chat Pandas are commendable as, without her sincere work, the company wouldn’t have achieved its ‘Humans-First’ ideology starting from its people working tirelessly for making the organization the best place to work.
